Scryxellvorlumen provides event decoration and photo zone services. As a service-based business, our return and refund policy differs from product-based businesses.
2. Booking Cancellations
2.1 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your booking:
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of total booking fee
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund, but deposit may be transferable to a future date (subject to availability)
2.2 Cancellation by Scryxellvorlumen
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Service Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking:
- Contact us at least 14 days before your event
- Modifications are subject to availability
- Additional charges may apply for upgrades
- Downgrades may be subject to our cancellation policy
5. Quality and Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 48 hours of your event
- We will investigate your concerns promptly
- Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund, credit, or other resolution
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your event. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Consumer Rights (UK Law)
Under UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to:
- Cancel a service booking within 14 days of making the booking (if the service has not yet commenced)
- Receive services that match the description provided
- Receive services performed with reasonable care and skill
